Once you subscribe to this data pack, the call management service pack you are using will be terminated and the service fee will not be refunded.

Notice :

1) This Data Pack will be immediately effective upon card activation and is valid for 1 year. Service charge of $238 will be deducted automatically.

2) The Basic Call Guard Service has been removed from Call Management Service Pack effective from 1 Feb 2023.

3) When logging in to the ValueGB App, there will be different data packages that can be applied for after the one-year data package ( default* ) expires or after the data is used up.

【Card Activation】

According to the Telecommunications ( Registration of SIM Cards ) Regulation, starting from 1 Mar 2022, local pre-paid SIM card users ( including voice, data and/or short message services ( SMS ) SIM cards ) must complete real-name registration with their telecommunications service provider in order to activate or continue the use of SIM card service. Mobile number will be assigned once real-name registration is completed.

Existing pre-paid SIM card users must complete real-name registration before 23 Feb 2023 to continue the use of SIM card service.

After successful activation, stored value and expiry date will be sent to you through SMS. 1-Year Local Data Pack will be effective and service charge of $238 will be deducted automatically.

Dial USSD code *111*359# and then press "Dial" ; or Make the first call in Hong Kong

Once you have completed one of the above steps, you will receive an automated SMS displaying your assigned mobile number.

Simply press *121# and then press "Dial" on the phone to check the following…

-        Remaining stored value

-        Card expiry date

-        Remaining data allowance of the data pack and its expiry date
